VAN ZANDT COUNTY (KYTX)- 22 year-old Steven Armstrong of Grand Saline is dead after his 2002 Nissan passenger car drifted into oncoming traffic on FM 17 this morning, according to Trooper Dark with DPS.Dark said Armstrong drifted over the center stripe of FM 17 and hit an 18 wheeler moving south on the road.
