Mineola (KYTX) -- The arrest of an East Texas Baptist Church deacon charged with murder is prompting a new investigation. Mineola Police are taking a look at a 1991 case to see if Joseph Miller had any connection to his girlfriend at the time of her death.Selina McDowell was found dead in her home from a gunshot wound to the chest.
