A House of Israel member Change of Venue request in a case against him has been denied.

Robert Fox claimed he couldn't get a fair trial in Cherokee County on charges of tampering with a government record and simulating legal process.

A 2nd District Court Gudge denied the motion based on evidence that there was publicity surrounding the case in Jacksonville, but not in other parts of Cherokee County.
