Drowning on rural property in Killeen - KYTX CBS 19 Tyler Longview News Weather Sports

There has been a drowning off East Trimmier Road in Killeen in a stock pond on a rural piece of property.  

The victim is Primo Calvillo. Two Hispanic males who were with the victim at the time of the accident told investigators that they had been fishing and Calvillo decided to go swimming. He moved from shallow water to deeper water, then began to have trouble.

His two friends tried to save him, but were unsuccessful.

Killeen Police called in the Morgan's Point Dive Recovery team to help search for the body.

After about 30 minutes, they found the victim around 3:15 p.m.

Dive team members say it looks like he became tangled in four feet of hydrilla algae.
