It was a bizarre arrest in Austin after police discovered a man was running a brothel.
51-year-old Rufino Lopez-Ramos was arrested after police went undercover and learned that he was the operator of a prostitution house, located in the 1000 block of North Meadows Dr.
Police say they received a tip that women were being forced to engage in prostitution while being held against their will in the house.
