CBS 19 - The Eye of East Texas News - TJC Red-Carded out of the Playoffs by TVCC

The TJC Apaches needed to win Saturday in Athens to keep their playoff hopes alive. But the Trinity Valley Cardinals had their own post-season plans. TVCC dominated their East Texas rivals racking up 552 yards of total offense, en route to winning in blowout fashion 48-27.
Improving to 3-3 in league play, the Cardinals secured a spot in the SWJCFC Playoffs, while the loss forces TJC to miss the post season altogether for the fourth consecutive year.
