Tyler ISD Approval

Jones Elementary is one step closer to being combined with Saint Louis.

The Tyler ISD board of trustees unanimously approved the purchase of 14.4 acres located off Chandler Highway.

The purchase is for the purpose of building new campuses for the combined Jones Elementary school and Wayne Boshears Center.

Funding for the property is provided from bond proceeds.
