The Smith County American Red Cross is calling all East Texans.
The agency held a fair for those interested in volunteer opportunities with disaster services. The chapter wants to recruit and train volunteers before an actual disaster strikes.
They feel the fair's atmosphere is a more comfortable way to attract those who are needed.
