Authorities have identified two of the three victims in a Panola County shooting that happened Friday night and the third victim remains in critical condition in a Shreveport hospital.
According to the Panola Watchman, 21-year-old Dalton Berry from Panola, and 18-year-old Shayla Carson, were killed Friday in a shooting that happened on a private road near County Road 334 between Panola and Bethany counties.
The third victim has not yet been identified.
Memorial services for Carson will be held on Thursday, Aug. 3 at 6 p.m. at the Elysian Fields High School Auditorium located at 2400 Farm-to-Market Road 451 in Marshall. The family is inviting all friends, acquaintances and the community to attend.
A gofundme account has also been set up to help with funeral expenses.
Police are still looking for the suspect(s). A passing driver told police he saw three black men leaving the driveway of the residence in a gray or black vehicle, possibly a Nissan.
