A Bullard man remains in the Titus County Jail awaiting sentencing for federal charges of possession and transporting child pornography.

Nickalas Graham, 29, of Bullard was indicted by a U.S. Grand Jury on the charges Sept. 21, 2016, according to federal court records. The indictment said Graham used a file hosting service for cloud storage and the Internet to transport visual depictions in video format showing a female child performing oral sex on a male adult and a video of male adults engaging in oral and anal sex with a male child. The document said these acts happened between Aug. 17, 2015 and Aug. 30, 2015, in the Eastern District of Texas.

Graham was arrested by the U.S. Marshal's Service on Jan. 20 and booked into the Titus County Jail, according to Titus County judicial records.

Graham pleaded guilty to the charges in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas Tyler Division on May 30, according to a plea agreement. Graham's plea agreement said he agreed that he knowingly possessed an Apple iPhone that contained the images and videos of the child pornography with a prepubescent minor and a minor under the age of 12, according to court records.

Graham has not been sentenced and remains in the Titus County Jail, according to judicial records. Graham's arrest records in Smith County consist of seven drug-related charges and an assault charge and date back to 2005, according to Smith County judicial records.

Graham faces up to 20 years in prison for child pornography offense, according to federal court documents.
