St. Patrick's Day is known for many things, one of those being the Irish tradition of drinking beer.
At ETX Brewing Co., they're taking that tradition seriously.
Owner Brian Gilstrap said they're celebrating the day in many ways, but especially with beer and food.
"We have green beer, lots of it, we have plenty of food and drinks and water, we can take care of you," Gilstrap said.
ETX Brewing also has a photo booth, shaved ice and even face painting for the kids.
Jenifer Turner said the festivities are a blessing to her.
"I'm having a good time, the music is good, the atmosphere is good and a lot of people here, so we are really enjoying ourselves," Turner said.
Turner is still trying to rebuild her life after losing everything.
She traveled all the way from Beaumont Texas for the festivities.
"I'm just lucky to be very fortunate for everything, you know," Turner said. "We've been through a lot, we lost everything to Hurricane Harvey, we lost our house, everything so we've been really blessed so we're really lucky."
Gilstrap said he's also feeling extra luck on this St. Patrick's Day because his business is blooming.
It's the grand opening of The Porch, a restaurant attached to the brewery.
"So we're actually celebrating our grand opening, so we just opened up The Porch, The Porch is where we have our restaurant. It's a great opportunity to come celebrate St. Patrick's Day," Gilstrap said.
The party goes until midnight, it's a family friendly event.
