Tyler is having its first ever Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, hosted by the Tyler Hispanic Business Alliance. Rose City Fiesta is on Saturday from 2-10 p.m. at the downtown plaza.

"This is a community wide event. This is a multicultural event. People will be having fun and learning about other cultures, other traditions. This is definitely new in downtown Tyler. We've never had this before," said Nancy Rangel, executive director of HBA.

The event is free and for all ages.

There will be live music, face paintings and food trucks.
