• Mac & Cheese (already made)
  • Flour
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella
  • 1 ½ cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Panko bread crumbs

Take a scoop of mac & cheese, the shape it into a ball, just like you would do to make ground beef into meatball. Then, base your macaroni ball in flour, then to the egg wash, and then the Panko mixture. Freeze for at least an hour before cooking.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place balls in frying pan and cook until golden brown. Remove and place on a baking sheet, then into the oven for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

Remove from oven, sprinkle mixture of mozzarella and sharp cheddar cheese over the balls and return to oven for another 2 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Remove from oven and serve warm.
