According to the Texas Parks and Wildlife's Game Warden Field Notes, an Upshur County man was arrested by a Gregg County game warden while hunting without any clothes on along a state highway.

The well-known nudist/activist did not have a hunting license on him and during his trial, the warden's bodycam footage was played to the county judge.

After the judge heard the man's testimony and watched a few seconds of the warden's footage, the video was stopped and the court ruled in the state's favor.

Soon after, the activist cancelled all of his appeals and settled the citations that included: hunting without a license, shooting across a property line, and disorderly conduct.
