The Marshall Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate the man accused of killing two people on Fri. Mar. 2 just before 2 p.m.
During a welfare check at a duplex on the 1500 block of E. Fannin Street, officers discovered the bodies of 31-year-old Leon Bowman and 30-year-old Justin Williams, both of Marshall.
Police said during the investigation, they discovered that 46-year-old Jesus Delatorre killed Bowman and Williams before running.
Delatorre is listed as the sole tenant in the residence where Williams and Bowman’s bodies were found, according to police.
District Judge Brad Morin has signed a warrant for Delatorre charging him with Capital Murder.
