One person is in jail, suspected of two recent shootings in Tyler that injured a young boy and an adult male.

Tyler investigators arrested 19-year-old Kadareawn Lee Mosley on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. They say Mosley was a victim of one and the shooter in two separate shootings in July that involved drugs and retaliation.

Mosley was the victim in the first shooting after a narcotics deal ended in a gunfire exchange at Fun Forest Park around 2 a.m. July 8. The suspect was located and arrested.

In retaliation for the first shooting, Tyler police say Mosley shot five rounds into a house on McDonald Road on July 20, injuring a 13-year-old child. The child is recovering from his wounds.

Mosley is also suspected of shooting a victim in the back on NutBush Avenue over money and narcotics in the early hours of July 25. No word on the victim's condition at the time of the press release.

Mosley remains in the Smith County Jail on bonds totaling $500,000.
