TYLER- The All-Stars came out to play on Saturday night. The 15th annual Azalea Orthopedics All-Star game took center stage at Wagstaff Gymnasium on Tyler Junior College's campus.

In the girls game, the East started off on a 15-0 run and ended up defeating the West 68-56. Longview's Destiny McAfee led the East with 19 points and was awarded the game's MVP. Tyler Lee's Ja'kayla Bowie also had a big game for the East. "It means the world to me to be able to play one more game for my city and for my family," the Texas State commit explained.

In the boys game, the East also came up big with a victory as they defeated the West 70-52. Longview's Jason Bush led the East with 20 points and earned the game's MVP award.
