The second leg of the USTA Australian Open Wild Card Challenge concluded in Tyler on Sunday afternoon. Kristie Ahn defeated Danielle Collins 6-4 6-4 to win the title. With the victory, Ahn earned 115 WTA ranking points and $12,161 in prize money.

"I was trying not to think too much," Ahn stated after the win. "I was just trying to play one point at a time...and I was just hoping to come out today, give my all, and leave everything on the court." Ahn also thank the city of Tyler for their hospitality, during her post game speech.

Ahn's big win moves her into pole position in the USTA's Australian Open Wild Card Challenge.

The next stop in the Challenge is in Waco, TX.
