After a gorgeous Tuesday, rain will return for your Wednesday, so make sure to keep the umbrella nearby.

Shower and storm chances will be on the increase Wednesday after the noon hour, with the best chances for showers and storms in East Texas arriving in the evening and into the overnight. Rain showers should be done by the time most are waking up on Thursday morning. Temps on Wednesday will be a mixed bag across the region, all depending on when exactly the cold front pushes through. We are currently thinking mid 70s for Tyler, but if that front slows down we could see highs into the upper 70s. Our northern counties may only see highs in the 60s for today while places like Lufkin may reach all the way up into the 80s. By Thursday temps will drop into the low 70s for highs across the entirety of East Texas.

Heading toward the weekend the weather is looking awesome! So make sure you check out the video forecast above for all the details!
