Scott has been sharing weather forecasts with East Texans since 1992. He grew up in "tornado alley" - on a farm near Wichita, Kansas. Fossey "lived" severe weather in Kansas, having the opportunity to get involved in weather as a storm chaser for KFDI AM/FM radio in the 1980's. He has a degree in Communications from Harding University and extensive training in broadcast meteorology from Mississippi State University.More >>
