  • Park Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides skilled care for orthopedic patients such as hip or knee replacements, as well as medical patients such as cardiac care or strokes.

  • We provide individualized, 24-hour skilled nursing care to residents who cannot be cared for at home due to the caregiving demands of a chronic illness, physical limitations, or the frailties of age.

  • Occupational Therapy at Park Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center helps residents with permanent and temporary disabilities achieve independence in all areas of their lives, including work, play and leisure activities

  • Speech Therapy at Park Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center treats the speech, language and voice disorders related to such conditions as strokes, Parkinson's or other neurological conditions.

  • Whether strolling through the beautiful and spacious atrium, enjoying one of many visiting guest musicians, playing games in the dining room or simply chatting in our bistro, activity is encouraged.

  • Our dietary department is under the supervision of a registered Dietitian.

  • In many cases, our residents require non-emergency medical transportation. Park Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has a comfortable shuttle bus available for our residents who require transportation to and from their medical destinations.
