Entertainment News: Housewives stars charged with fraud

(CNN) - In Entertainment News, two of the stars from Bravo's "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" are expected in court today.  

Teresa and Joe Giudice were hit with a list of federal charges, Monday. The couple faces a 39-count indictment including conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. 

Joe Giudice was also charged with failing to file tax returns for 2004 through 2008.

(CNN) - Actress, Lea Michele is speaking out for the first time since her on-and-off screen boyfriend and "Glee" co-star, Cory Monteith, was found dead in a Vancouver hotel room two weeks ago.

Michele took to Twitter Monday, posting: Thank you all for helping me through this time with your enormous love & support. Cory will forever be in my heart.

Monteith died July 13th from a mixed drug toxicity that included heroin and alcohol, according to a coroner. 

He was 31 years old.


(CNN) - Is Johnny Depp calling it quits?

The 50-year-old heart-throb actor hinted at the possibility of retiring from acting in two separate interviews, recently saying, thoughts of retirement pop up quote, "every day." 

But, Depp isn't throwing in the towel just yet. He's slated for several other projects including a fifth "Pirates Of The Caribbean" movie.
