Scavenger hunt coming to Tyler Rose Garden

TYLER - Tyler Parks and Recreation is holding a scavenger hunt on Saturday, Sept. 17 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Tyler Rose Garden, according to a City of Tyler press release issued Sept. 7.

Called "Through the Eyes of an Ant," families and participants can hunt throughout the garden searching for clues, and the first family or participant to complete all the clues accurately will win a prize.

The event is free. Bring a cell phone with camera capabilities and a craving for adventure. Water and a light snack will be provided.

This event is funded by the Outdoor Adventure Coop Grant through the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and staff from the Glass Recreation Center.
