
A woman was shot in her home off of Loop 60 and LaRue Monday afternoon. She was lifeflighted to ETMC Tyler. No word yet on her conditions.
The white male suspected of shooting the woman fled the scene and led police on a manhunt for over an hour. He was then found at the next door neighbors house, dead. Henderson County Sheriff Ray Nutt said he believes it was a self-inflicted wound. No names have been released, until next of kin is notified.
Henderson county deputies are looking for a man in connection to a shooting at a home near Larue.
It happened off State Highway 175 and Loop 60 just south of the town of Larue.
The shooting happened just before five o'clock. The woman has been taken to ETMC in Athens. Her condition is not known.
