TYLER - Burglars got away with merchandise from Jim's Jewelers early this morning after using a vehicle to rip away a metal security gate, police said.
Suspects pulled away the metal gate, broke the front glass and then broke into several glass display cases in the jewelry store sat 2009 Old Troup Highway.
When the alarm sounded at 4:29 a.m., the burglars fled. Police said this morning they had no information on suspects.
The value and the amount of merchandise taken were not disclosed.
