(CBS) - Drinking lots of diet soda may increase a woman's chances of giving birth prematurely.
That's the word from a new study which found pregnant women who consumed at least one diet soda a day were 38 percent more likely to have a premature baby.
For those who drank at least four diet sodas a day, the risk was nearly 80 percent.
