The Tyler Chamber of Commerce meeting resulted in a big endorsement today.
The Chamber voted this afternoon to formally support the T.I.S.D. bond proposal.
The second phase of the district's improvement plan won the ringing endorsement of the members, who say it is essential to making Tyler a world class city.
Chamber of Commerce Board Member, David Hudson said, "We have confidence in TISD and that the strong workforce development and other educational work that they do for our community is a valuable asset."
