Everyday Gourmet: Easy Pumpkin Pie

In this week's Everyday Gourmet, Christine Gardner shows us how to make pumpkin pie that really is "easy as pie."

  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust
  • 1 jar Sweet Gourmet Pumpkin Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk

Prepare crust according to package instructions. In a mixing bowl add the pumpkin butter and stir in the eggs until combined. Begin whisking in the evaporated milk until thoroughly combined. 

Bake at 350 degrees until filling is set, about 45 minutes. Test with a toothpick for doneness.
