- Frozen Pizza Dough (available at Sweet Gourmet)
- Olive oil
- 1 can Cento San Marzano Tomatoes (available at Sweet Gourmet)
- Salt & Pepper
- Fresh Mozzarella (available at Sweet Gourmet)
- Assorted toppings
- Parmesan cheese
Six hours before cooking, place the dough in a mixing bowl that has been rubbed down with olive oil. Place a kitchen towel or plastic wrap over the bowl and set on the counter so the dough can thaw and rise.
When ready to cook, place the dough on a work surface. Add flour and roll out the dough evenly. Flip and turn while rolling. Place the dough on a round baking sheet.
Puree the can of tomatoes in a blender. Spoon the sauce over the dough and spread from the inside out. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with mozzarella and favorite topping.
Place the pizza in a preheated 500 degree oven. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch closely to be sure it doesn’t burn. Before preheating place the oven rack in the center of the oven.
