- 4 pork chops
- coarse sea salt
- cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup Apple Brandy Mustard (available at Sweet Gourmet)
Season pork chops on both sides with salt and black pepper.
Heat a grill pan, cast iron skillet or grill over high heat. If using a pan, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Add the pork chops and cook for 3 minutes on both sides over medium heat.
Baste the chops with a tablespoon of the Apple Brandy Mustard. Cook for an additional minute and turn. Baste the other side, cook for an additional minute and turn again.
If pork chops are thick, place in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes to cook through. When done, baste with additional sauce.
