UPDATE: An East Texas family lost their home and their dog after a fire in their located in Hideaway.
The Lindale Fire Department is still investigating what caused the blaze.

According to the Smith County Fire Marshal, crews are responding to a structure fire on Interstate 20 and Farm to Market Road 849, near Hideaway Lake Club.
Smith County Emergency Operations says that as of now, units from Dixie Fire Department and Lindale Fire Departments are still on the scene.
However, it has not been confirmed if the fire has been completely extinguished.
