15 month investigation leads to Federal drug arrest

Rusk County Sheriff's Office:

RUSK CO. (KYTX) - On March 6th, 2014 officers of the Rusk County Sheriff's Office, Henderson Police Department, Overton Police Department, Rusk County District Attorney's Office and the East Texas Violent Crimes Squad of the Texoma High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area assembled at the Rusk County Sheriff's Office and conducted an arrest warrant sweep. 

During the sweep, Terry Nathan Tidwell, Ysidro Yanez, Christopher White and Angela Denison were arrested for the offense of Conspiracy/Possession with Intent to Distribute Meth-amphetamine.  Also, arrested on a state charge of Abandoning/Endangering a Child warrant was Jessica Page.   

The federal charges are a result of Federal Grand Jury indictments in connection with an approximate fifteen (15) month investigation into the organized distribution of methamphetamine in Rusk County.  The four individuals arrested on federal warrants were transported to Tyler and released into the custody of the Federal Marshals, while Jessica Page was confined to the Rusk County Jail and held on $7,500.00 bond.
