The roars and whistles of thousands of pipes can be heard across East Texas this week.
The 2013 East Texas Pipe Organ Festival is underway in Kilgore and the festival has already attracted over 200 people. The 4 day festival holds pipe organ concerts at the First Presbyterian Church in Kilgore and in various churches in Tyler, Nacogdoches, and Longview.
25 year old Chicago Musician Nathan Laube is one of the performers he says pipe organs can't be beat.
"It's all of these small details that come together to make this magnificent sound" - Nathan Laube, Musician.
