Aggravated robbery suspect wanted by Tyler Police arrested in Longview

 Tyler Police Department:

TYLER (KYTX) - On January 14, 2014 Longview Police stopped a stolen Buick Roadmaster for speeding.  The driver and only occupant was identified as 20-year-old Donterius Montrey Jackson of Longview. 

The car was confirmed as stolen out of Tyler.  Jackson was arrested for possession of the stolen vehicle.

A small revolver pistol was found in his possession that matched the one used in the aggravated robbery from "The Reserves" apartment complex on December 17, 2013.

He was also arrested for felon in possession of a firearm, failure to identify as a fugitive and a warrant for no driver's license. 

On 1/16/14 A warrant was issued by the Tyler Police Department on Jackson for Aggravated Robbery, a 1st degree felony for the incident at "The Reserves".  The charge was added to those he is already facing.  He is currently being held in the Gregg County Jail.
