Biden, Ryan square of in vice presidential debate

(CBS) - It's the vice presidential candidates' turn to duke it out over the issues.

Vice President Joe Biden and Republican congressman Paul Ryan square off in the one and only vice presidential debate tonight. It takes place in Kentucky. Following President Obama's lackluster debate performance last week, the democrats are looking to rebound while the Republicans want to build their recent momentum.

New polls from 3 three battleground states show Mitt Romney now has a one point edge over President Obama in Colorado. In Wisconsin, the race is tightening. The President's 6 point lead is down to 3 points, while in Virginia the president has a five point lead.
