Business News: Boost in fight to make money

(CBS)- McDonald's workers got a big boost in their fight to make more money.  The National Labor Relations Board said yesterday that McDonald's could be considered a joint employer and held liable for wage and work related violations at its franchise-owned stores.  Workers say the nation's biggest hamburger chain should be held accountable because it controls how the restaurants run.  McDonald's says it will fight the change.

(CNN)- No need to nap the next time you fly Delta. The airline is offering free in-flight entertainment, beginning Friday.  Passengers will be able to access TV shows, music and video games either through seat-back screens or streaming via their own smart phones or laptops.  The so-called Delta studio will roll out first on all domestic flights of 90 minutes or more.  International flight passengers will also have access to free content.
