(CNN)- Jamie Dimon, the chairman and CEO of JP Morgan Chase, announced Tuesday that he has been diagnosed with throat cancer. Dimon told colleagues in a letter that cancer was "caught quickly, and my condition is curable." Dimon says he will continue to be actively involved in business. Dimon has been CEO at JP Morgan Chase for 10 years, the longest of any CEO for a major U.S. bank.
