Business News: Gas prices down

(CBS)- Some relief finally at the pump.  Gas is reporting the national average for the price of gas is now 3.49 a gallon.  That is the lowest level for the month of August in four years and down about 15 cents from July fourth highs.  The average price in Texas is around 3.32.  Drivers can thank increased oil production here in the United States.

(CBS)- Football sidelines are going high tech.  In a 400 million dollar deal between the NFL and Microsoft,  teams will use Microsoft's surface tablets to study their opponents in real time.  The digital sideline viewing photo system is an option to replace old paper print outs.  The tablets will not be connected to the internet and will be locked up in between games, so no one can steal data.

(CBS)- Flappy Bird is back with a whole new look.  The creator of the highly addictive mobile game pulled it from the app store in February. The new game is called "Flappy Birds Family", but for now it's only on Amazon's Android Appstore.  According to its description, the new game has person vs person mode and more obstacles.
