(KYTX/CNN) - Gas prices rose 10 percent this month making it the worst February on record -- but AAA says relief at the pump is in the way. (CNN) - McDonald's is clearing some space on its menu, perhaps to make room for new items. The company says it will stop offering its fruit and walnut salad and Chicken Selects. It's also considering getting rid of the Angus Third Pounder. The moves come after McDonald's reported its first decline in monthly same-store sales in more than nine years back in October.

(CBS) - Apple says people have downloaded more than 1 billion items from iTunes U, which features free books, lectures and other information from schools, libraries and museums around the world. 24 hundred schools and universities now host courses on iTunes. An apple leader calls it a "phenomenal shift in the way we teach and learn."
