(CBS) - A record Cyber Monday means record business for Federal Express. The package delivery company expects to ship 280 million packages this holiday season as more people shop online. FedEx says it's hired about 20-thousand seasonal workers to manage the extra packages.
(CBS) - There's a digital divide when it comes to making transactions with your mobile phone. A new Pew Research Survey finds baby boomers are more wary of mobile banking than younger generations. Just 21 percent of 50 to 64 year olds bank using their mobile device compared to 45 percent adults under 29. Fewer than 10 percent of boomers plan to make a purchase with their smartphone or tablet during the holiday season.
(CBS) - Apple says the smaller version of its new, slimmed-down iMac desktop computers will go on sale Friday. It will also start taking orders for the larger model, but the units won't ship until next month.
