(CNN) - In Business News, Taco Bell hopes it's customers will start the day with a taco.
The fast food chain is introducing the waffle taco to a small group of restaurants as it prepares to take it's breakfast menu national next year.
The waffle taco includes scrambled eggs, sausage and a side of syrup and was the top seller during breakfast hours at five California locations where the taco was tested.
(CBS) - Bank of America is back in the hot seat. This time their under investigation for fraud.
The U.S. Justice department has filed a civil lawsuit against Bank of America claiming the mega-bank defrauded it's investors on $850 million dollars worth of mortgage backed securities.
The government has filed the suit in the IUS district court in Charlotte, North Carolina.
(CBS) - General Motors is doing some in house investing.
The automaker may be hiring at it's plant in Tennessee. The American auto giant plans to spend another $167 million dollars to build two new mid-size vehicles just outside of Nashville.
The investment is on top of the $183 million already committed to the project.
