EAST TEXAS (KYTX) -- Three bonded siblings, who enjoy spending time together.
"They're very excited when they see each other for visits," Child Protective Services Kim Rhodes said. "We're really looking for a family where they can be together."
Marquice, Janice and Charlene have spent a majority of their life split up in foster care.
"They have a really hard time at the end of visitation," Rhodes said. "They talk about, if I go see Marquice and he thinks we're going for a visit and then we don't he gets a really sad look on his face and the girls ask about him and tell me they miss their brother."
12-year-old Marquice is the oldest.
"I mow the lawn," he said. "I clean the room. I do the bathrooms."
He is a talkative young man who enjoys sports and video games.
"He's very charming," Rhodes said. "He's polite. He likes girls a whole lot and we talk about how he can't date until he's much older."
Marquice enjoys school and is going into the sixth grade but will need some help academically. However, he keeps a close eye on his little sisters and wants to be with them.
"I wouldn't have nobody to play with," he said.
Marquice is hoping for an active forever family for him and his sisters.
"The reason I want to get adopted is so I can have a family," he said.
Hopefully their wait will soon be over.
Next week we'll introduce you to Marquice's sisters, Charlene and Janice.
