(CBS) - Congress returns to Washington today from its Thanksgiving break.
Time is also running out to reach a deal on the Fiscal Cliff, the series of tax increases and spending cuts due to kick in at the end of the year. Both sides say they are willing to compromise.
South Carolina senator Lindsey Graham, a Tea Party favorite, said Sunday that he is willing to break his pledge to never raise taxes in order to increase revenue. However, he says that if he does so, Democrats must be willing to change entitlement programs.
