(CNN) - Today marks day 33 of the search for missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.
New Zealand's P3 aircraft is on an 11-hour search mission. The aircraft is due to return to Perth in the next few hours. It's a three-hour flight to the search zone, which means -- depending on weather conditions -- the plane will spend between three and five hours searching for debris.
Two bits of good news emerged Wednesday. Searchers picked up fresh signals that officials hope are locator beacons from the data recorders of the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.
