DALLAS (CBS) - PlayStation 4 was officially released Thursday night and as often happens when technology, hype and demand intersect, fans happily waited in long lines for the right to pay several hundred bucks to get their hands on one.
But for four people lucky enough to be in line at a Dallas-area Walmart, their PS4s were free thanks to Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant.
Bryant dropped $1,995 plus tax on five PS4s that retail at $399 a piece.
We'd like to think that this is why Dez was so animated during the Lions game a few weeks ago. The man is really passionate about philanthropy.
