Sheriff's deputies are investigating an incident in which a toddler was flown to a Houston hospital for having a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent. That's more than twice the legal definition of an adult who's drunk.
Investigators said the child's baby sitter gave the two-year girl some juice from a cup in the refrigerator without knowing what was in it. Investigators believe the cup belonged to the baby sitter's husband.
Not long after, the baby sitter reported that the child began acting strangely and vomiting.
No charges have been filed. The investigation is ongoing.
