Emergency personnel at Gorman school this afternoon will be for crash simulation

TYLER (TYLER MORNING TELEGRAPH) - A helicopter, police and emergency vehicles are scheduled to be on the Bishop T.K. Gorman Regional Catholic School campus about 2:30 p.m. for a program.

The emergency personnel will be there as part a crash simulation designed to raise awareness among students about the dangers of drinking and texting while driving, according to information from the school.

After the re-enactment, students will hear a presentation from a representative of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
