Entertainment News: Celebrity photo scandal

(CNN)- Kate Upton is the latest celebrity to address the nude photo scandal.  Her attorney tells CNN the hacking is "an outrageous violation" of privacy and the swimsuit model intends to pursue anyone distributing or duplicating the images.  Jennifer Lawrence's publicists released a similar statement Sunday. Some of the celebs targeted deny the authenticity of the photos.  The FBI is now investigating the crime.  To protect your own sensitive information, check the privacy settings on your phones and computers, opt-out of Apple's iCloud-sharing and change your password frequently.

(CNN)- Celebrity chef Todd English is facing charges this morning for allegedly driving under the influence.  E! Online reports the chef was taken into custody by the Southampton town police early Sunday morning.  The author and TV star posted his fifteen hundred dollar bail.  English was later released.

(CNN)- Country star Carrie Underwood had a big labor day announcement.  She and her hockey player husband Mike Fisher revealed they're expecting their first child.  Underwood used her dogs ace and penny on Instagram Monday to deliver their exciting news.

(CNN)- Elvis fans, get your checkbooks ready! The king's last two jets, "Lisa Marie" and "Hound Dog 2" are up for sale! Don't expect to fly them, though. Both planes have been parked at the tourist entrance to Presley's Graceland mansion since 1984.  Millions of fans have had the opportunity to go inside the jets as part of the Graceland tour.
