Entertainment News: Texas theater chain bans Madonna

Entertainment News

(CNN) - In Entertainment News, a Texas theater chain has banned Madonna after hearing she was texting during the New York Film Festival.

The CEO of the Alamo Drafthouse chain says until Madonna apologizes to movie-goers, she's not welcome in his theaters.

The chain has a strict no-talking and no-texting policy.
However, the CEO admits his ban probably won't affect the "Material Girl" much.

And if it did bother her she hasn't let on-no comment from her yet.

(CNN) - Paul Mc Cartney's first original album in six years is "New" both in title, and in stores.

The former Beatle teamed up with four producers for the record. Mccartney says the whole project was kind of exciting.

"New" is on sale today.

(CNN) - Could there be a third X-files movie?

Stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson say they're on board if it gets a green light.

The LA Times reports the two voiced their support Saturday at an event to commemorate the Sci-Fi series' 20th anniversary.
