Fit City: Helping students with their healthy choices

TYLER (KYTX) - Tyler ISD and NET-HEALTH have an award winning partnership on their hands with Fit City 5210.  It's an obesity prevention program that encourages students to eat five fruits and vegetables a day, to get less than two hours of screen time a day, to move at least 1 hour a day, and the "0" promotes the importance of avoiding sugar-sweetened beverages and liquids that contain high amounts of sugar.
